A young woman who had her rhinoplasty in China with a silicone implant and was happy with her appearance.  However, this implant began to fail and would shift on her nose. (This is a common complication of silicone implants)  She sought out Dr. Ezzat, who was able to remove the implant and reconstruct her nose using her own tissue.
