Meet Dr. Ezzat
Dr. Waleed Ezzat operates under the philosophy that natural beauty is the best kind of beauty. He addresses each aesthetic or reconstructive challenge by considering the whole facial anatomy rather than focusing on one isolated area. This comprehensive approach maintains a goal of fully functional and natural-looking results that fit perfectly within each individual’s unique genetic makeup.
Education and Training
Dr. Ezzat attended medical school at the Wayne State University School of Medicine, in the cultural center of Detroit, Michigan. After completing his M.D., he completed his surgical internship and residency in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. After, Dr. Ezzat was awarded the highly prestigous fellowship at the University of California Los Angeles, where he worked alongside some of the best facial surgeons in the nation. There, he specialized in facial aesthetic and reconstructive surgery techniques.

Dr. Ezzat is an active member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery, serving on multiple national committees for both organizations. Dr. Ezzat believes in the value of a trusting patient-surgeon relationship. He takes time out of his schedule to ensure that each client’s needs are met, and his caring nature and excellent bedside manner help maintain an open line of communication between himself and each patient.
Since everyone’s face does not share the same features, Dr. Ezzat does not “cookie-cutter” the same procedure on everyone he encounters. Instead, he respects the unique features of each patient’s face and utilizes advance reconstructive techniques to produce natural-looking results that enhance the face – not alter it.
We believe that educating the patient on plastic surgery is a critical step to getting the results they are looking for. Because of this, Dr. Ezzat is focused on patient education, and regularly publishes cosmetic surgery blogs and plastic surgery blogs as well as answering member questions on RealSelf to help improve online resources for those considering plastic surgery.
