Carla

Manager, Patient Experience

Meet Carla, our Practice Manager. Carla joined the Boston Center for Facial Plastics in 2016 and immediately made an impact delivering the highest-quality care and coordination for Dr. Ezzat’s patients. She is a bilingual Peruvian native raised in Boston with 12 years of customer-facing service and managerial experience.

Patients continually rave about Carla’s positive attitude and comforting approach to patient care. In her spare time, Carla loves to travel and is always seeking outdoor adventures. She is also a running enthusiast, participating in several 5K, 10Ks and half-marathons races to raise money for medical organizations.

Sarah

Medical Assistant

Sarah is our medical assistant here at The Boston Center For Facial Plastics. She graduated from Emory in May 2022 and is taking a couple of gap years before applying to medical school.

She started working at BCFP to gain more clinical experience, and because she was very interested in surgery, facial plastic surgery specifically, due to its precise and technical nature. Her hobbies include reading, going to art museums, and rock concerts, and playing with her cat.

Her goals for BCFP are to develop sustaining and meaningful relationships with the patients and to help grow the practice in general.

Brandy

Nurse Practitioner

Brandy is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She started her nursing career in the medical ICU as a bedside nurse in Washington DC. She graduated with her Masters degree from Georgetown University in 2015.

Brandy moved to Boston in 2018 where she met Dr. Ezzat and started to show more interest in facial plastic surgery. During her time at Boston Medical Center she became certified in Botox injectables and dermal fillers while working closely with Dr. Ezzat.

Brandy is looking forward to expanding her practice at The BCFS and creating new patient relationships. She lives in Boston with her husband, two daughters, and mini husky. She enjoys the beach, walks in the arboretum and fun adventures with her family.

Claire

Patient Experience Specialist

Claire grew up in Western MA and moved to Boston 8 years ago. She attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst – Isenberg School of Business. After gaining her BS in business and hospitality, she discovered she had a passion for helping people.

Client relations and customer service are very important to her, and a big part of her life. She prides herself on dedicating her work to client care.

She’s grateful for the opportunity to work on Dr. Ezzat’s team, which has helped provide her with more experience and possibilities in this field.

When not working, she is either running around the city with friends, taking day trips to the beach, or visiting her family back home.

Charlotte

Patient Experience Specialist

Charlotte recently relocated to Boston after graduating from the University of South Carolina in May. Originally from Charleston, South Carolina, she embraces the opportunity to showcase the warmest southern hospitality in her new surroundings.

For Charlotte, instilling confidence in others is paramount, and she derives immense satisfaction from helping people feel their best. Her passion for this is what motivates her to pursue further education and become an RN, with the goal of directly contributing to patients’ confidence and well-being.

Outside of the office you can find Charlotte enjoying leisurely walks with her dog Annie, exploring new cocktail bars, experimenting with makeup, and attending Pilates classes to stay active and fit.

Amera

Patient Experience Specialist

Amera began working for Dr. Ezzat over the summer and she could not be more ecstatic to be here! She’s in her third year of university majoring in management and pursuing a minor in history. She is hoping that her experience here will assist her with her degree. Prior to working for Dr. Ezzat, Amera was a unit coordinator in an ICU/CCU. The shift from ICU/CCU to the BCFP clinic was massive, but she is enjoying the change of scenery and pace here. When she is not at school or work, Amera enjoys reading and runs a book club, traveling, and cooking.
