A woman who had rhinoplasty in Asia many years ago with a silicone implant.  While she was happy with her appearance, the implant was failing causing her pain and drainage from the nose. Dr. Ezzat removed the implant and rebuilt the nose to be similar in her original appearance using cartilage from her rib.
